Alison and Nick Yeatman have been running our Home Instead Bath & West Wiltshire office for over 11 years, with a dedicated team of professionals from across the area helping to provide a range of home care services supporting our clients in the local community.

Joint owner with husband Nick since opening in 2011.
Following a personal experience ensuring the wishes of my Dad were met to remain in his own home in his later years, I am passionate to ensure help for others to achieve the same.

My homecare journey began in 2003, joining Home Instead in 2022 as Registered Manager. Home Instead has a family feel for our clients and Care Professionals. I have qualifications in Health and Social Care. Ensuring a high quality of care is extremely important to me.

Hi I'm Lisa. I started working in the care industry in 1990. I joined Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2016 progressing to Field Care Supervisor in 2020. I love being in the community building relationships which is key to supporting our clients and Care Professionals.

Hello I’m Heather, I started my career in nursing and midwifery in 1983, initially in South Africa before moving to the UK. I joined Home Instead in 2014 initially as a Care Professional, before moving into an office role supporting existing and new clients.

Hi, my name is Jade, I have worked in the Care Industry since 2014. I joined Home Instead in January 2024 as Scheduler. I spend most of my time in the office, but I love getting out in the community, meeting and looking after our clients.

Hi, my name is Maria, After 9 years in a manager role for a charity shop, I started my career in care when I joined the reablement team in 2021, before becoming a Care Professional for Home Instead in 2022. In 2024 I took up the role of Trainer, which I absolutely love.

I’m Maria, I joined Home Instead in 2012 as a Care Professional before a move into an office role supporting the team and Care Professionals. My role includes communication with our newsletters, benefit schemes and support with continual e-learning on our training platform.
